Bright Start Therapeutic Services have been in practice for over ten years working in schools across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. We are on the Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.  We are registered with the ICO (registration reference: ZA071017) and are compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Play Therapists have received a Post Graduate Diploma or Masters qualification, in addition to their primary degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, teaching, social work). Play Therapists must also hold liability insurance, a DBS, attend clinical supervision and attend frequent CPD courses to remain on the Play Therapist Register.
